1. Agreement
By using dunkstrikers.com (“Dunkstrikers”, “the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dunkstrikers. You are responsible for making sure that using a free social casino game is permitted where you live.
3. Social gaming only
Dunkstrikers is a free-to-play social casino provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not offer real-money gambling. No payment is required or accepted, and no purchase is necessary to play.
4. Virtual coins
Coins used at Hard Press 21 are virtual play tokens with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, prizes, goods or services of any kind. Balances exist only in your browser session and reset when the page is reloaded or closed. We may adjust how coins work at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, use automated tools to overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Modifying the game in your own browser only affects your own copy and carries no value.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Game results are determined by a randomly shuffled deck and the rules published on the game page. Results at Dunkstrikers are not indicative of results in any other game, including real-money gambling.
7. Intellectual property
The Dunkstrikers name, the Hard Press 21 name, site design, text, graphics and code are owned by Dunkstrikers or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except as allowed by law.
