Is Dunkstrikers free?
Completely. You start with 1,000 play coins and can reset back to 1,000 at any time between hands. There is nothing to buy anywhere on the site.
Can I win real money or prizes?
No. Dunkstrikers is a social casino for entertainment purposes only. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or transferred.
Why did my balance go back to 1,000?
Your balance lives only in the open browser tab. Reloading or closing the page clears it and you start fresh with 1,000 coins. That is by design.
What rule does the dealer follow?
The house draws on 16 or less and stands on every 17, including soft 17. The full rulebook sits beside the table on the game page.
How much does a blackjack pay?
A natural blackjack (an Ace plus a ten-value card as your first two cards) pays 3:2. Ordinary wins pay 1:1, and ties return your stake.
Why can I not press Deal?
Either your stake is below the 10-coin minimum, it is higher than your balance, or your balance has dropped under 10. The message under the table explains which, and Reset balance fixes a low balance.
Is the shuffle fair?
Each deck is a standard 52 cards shuffled with your browser’s cryptographic random number generator. It is reshuffled when fewer than 15 cards remain.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile. Nothing about your games is stored on our side.
Who can play?
Adults aged 18 and over. The site is not intended for anyone younger.
I spotted a bug. Where do I report it?
Email us at the address below with what you saw, which browser you were using and, if possible, the cards on the table. We read every report.
We aim to reply within a few working days. Please never send payment details or passwords — we will never ask for them, because there is nothing here to pay for.
